NZ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care L5

Your 1st choice if you want to work in an early childhood centre or are serious about professional nannying as a career. If you want to travel in the future there will be lots of opportunities for good jobs overseas.

Our diploma programme can give you credit for the whole first year of an early childhood teaching degree and you don’t need university entrance to start studying with us.

Our programme is unique because it includes lots of hands-on experience with babies, toddlers and older children, on placement with different families, and in an early childhood centre. You get heaps of opportunities to put your learning into fun practice. Employers love our graduates because they already have so much practical experience.

You don’t need to have achieved University Entrance to join this programme, but when you graduate with your Diploma you’ll gain credit for the whole first year of an early childhood degree through NZ Tertiary College, and can expect substantial credit towards the first year of an early childhood degree at AUT University if you decide to study more later.
